Since 2016, we’ve been offering a one-year program which is as unique as you are. You’ll get a broad view of our business, from different roles to our approach to work, all while soaking in the values that make us who we are. The program is flexible, adapting to fit your strengths, and includes rotations across our concrete and precast business areas, as well as time spent at our Head Quarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
But that’s not all. You’ll also have the chance to work internationally, with options to go to Thomas Concrete in the USA, Thomas Beton in Germany, or Thomas Beton in Poland. And to top it off, you’ll be mentored by our Group CEO, receiving wisdom and guidance from the very top.
