Finally, Production! 

For three weeks I have been working in production at our office and plant in Ringön, Gothenburg. This have given me valuable insights in the core of our business.

During the first week I got to follow the process operators that are running the plant at Ringön. I am very impressed about their dedication to get the consistency right as well as coordinating ready mixed trucks to be on sight at the right time. I also got the opportunity to follow Fredrik around. He is a concrete technician and one part of his work is to meet with customers and examine potential damages in the concrete.

The second week I got to ride along in the ready mixed trucks and pump trucks at customers. One of the projects was marieholmstunneln, one of the major constructions in Gothenburg right now.

I spent my last week together with the sales team. It was exciting, and I got to attend at several sales meetings together with potential customers.

Altogether, this have been three great weeks and I have learned many things, together with some amazing co-workers.
