Since 2016, we’ve been offering a one-year program that is as unique as you are. You’ll get a broad view of our business. This includes different roles and our approach to work. You’ll also soak in the values that make us who we are. The program is flexible and adapts to fit your strengths. It includes rotations across our concrete and precast business areas. Additionally, you’ll spend time at our headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
But that’s not all. You’ll also have the chance to work internationally. Options include Thomas Concrete in the USA, Thomas Beton in Germany, or Thomas Beton in Poland. To top it off, you’ll be mentored by our Group CEO. You’ll receive wisdom and guidance from the very top.
