The Levensau High Bridge is a high level arch bridge that spans the Kiel Canal in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein.

The old Levensau High Bridge has been a landmark of the region since 1894. But time leaves its mark: The bridge became a dangerous bottleneck for shipping traffic. A new construction with a higher clearance profile was decided upon. However, the old bridge still has an important task: It houses the largest European winter quarters for bats. This is to remain so. Therefore, the southern abutment will remain and will be spanned without contact. Since 2022, Thomas Beton GmbH has been supplying BEMO TUNNELING GMBH with high-quality concrete for the new construction. By 2027, around 30,000 cubic meters will have been installed.
