Sustainable community building with level 4 flat slabs

A double-track railway is being built under Varberg’s center to make traffic on the heavily trafficked West Coast Line smoother. The new station building is being constructed a stone’s throw from the old station and will become a new landmark in Varberg.

For the client Jernhusen and the contractor Bergman & Höök Byggnads AB, it was important that the building has a low climate impact, which is why our Thomagrön level 4 floor slabs were chosen.

“It is inspiring that clients and customers are leading the way towards sustainable community building by choosing products with an extra high level of innovation. Thomagrön level 4 floor slabs are the perfect choice for this type of building, where the client has demanded lower climate impact,” says Sales Manager Staffan Larsson, Thomas Betong AB.
