More than 510 tents, sleeping bags, and sleeping mats were sorted, cleaned, refurbished, and prepared for distribution to homeless and vulnerable individuals by volunteers from Hanseatic Help e.V. and the Lions Club Cuxhaven. Items that would otherwise have been discarded were given a second, meaningful life.
Additionally, deposit materials worth over €20,000 were collected, washed, and pre-sorted to ensure their reintegration into sustainable use. This achievement highlights the powerful impact that can be made when logistical expertise, volunteer commitment, and local support come together.

“We are deeply impressed by the dedication of everyone involved. Our heartfelt thanks go to the Machulez Group for their invaluable support with heavy equipment, to Hanseatic Help e.V. for their tireless coordination, and to the Lions Club Cuxhaven for every helping hand. This is true commitment – in the very best spirit of We serve,” said the management of Thomas Beton GmbH.
By providing space, infrastructure, and organizational support, Thomas Beton made a decisive contribution to the festival’s sustainable aftermath. For the company, this stands as a strong example that social responsibility is not only visible on construction sites, but wherever community and pragmatism are needed.
