As part of the trainee program, Tilda will also complete an international assignment at one of Thomas Concrete Group’s subsidiaries, gaining valuable insight into our global operations and business culture.
Throughout the program, Tilda will be mentored by Hans Karlander, CEO of Thomas Concrete Group, who will support her professional development and provide guidance as she explores different areas of the organization.
