Both Clara and Anton bring a wealth of knowledge from their Master’s studies in Civil Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology, coupled with practical experience as Assistant Supervisors on construction sites.
As they embark on our comprehensive trainee program, they will be immersed in the culture and operations of our organization, with a focus on networking and relationship-building within the company. Their journey will include hands-on experience across various departments, including Concrete and Precast Business Areas, Sales, Marketing, Sustainability, Product Development, and Finance at our Swedish subsidiary Thomas Betong AB.
Under the mentorship of our CEO, Hans Karlander, we are confident that Clara and Anton will make significant contributions to our team. Their international assignment towards the end of the program will further enhance their skills and perspectives.
