As a Thomas Young Professional, you embark on a development journey that combines hands-on work with an enhanced introduction and development program. This program provides a broad understanding of the business and helps you build a unique network within the organization.

The program has three parts, tailored to your specific position:

• Business Development: Attend meetings and presentations related to the Business Development Process, including sessions with management teams from both the Group and the Swedish organization.
• Work Process: Engage in networking, routines, and ways of working within your specific Work Process.
• Get to Know the Company: Receive a broad introduction to the Swedish organization’s business areas, Concrete and Precast. Experience working in a concrete plant, riding along in a concrete truck, and participating in sales meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization.

We have launched three programs so far: IT, Business Development, and Structural Design.
