Who are you?
My name is Sertac Sevgili and I live in Kiel Germany. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, following trends in marketing and communication, and staying curious about how brands and companies communicate with their customers.

Tell us about your work-role
I work as Head of Marketing at Thomas Beton in Germany. My role focuses on strengthening our brand, developing marketing strategies and supporting the sales organization with clear and professional communication. A key part of my work is translating technical topics around concrete and construction into understandable and engaging messages.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
There is rarely a typical workday. Most days there are a mix of strategic planning, developing marketing concepts, creating content for social media, press and communication, and coordinating with colleagues across different departments and countries. I also work closely with the sales team to support customer communication and market positioning.
How long have you been at Thomas Beton?
I joined Thomas Beton in April 2025.
