Who are you?
My name is Katarzyna Benka and I have been with this company for over 11 years, although it often feels like it was just yesterday when I started. I was hired as a salesperson, taught about the product, later I was given the task of putting a plant that had been closed for over six months back on the map of Poland.

What was it like to reopen a closed plant?
It was a huge challenge and a great joy, especially since I joined a company with an excellent reputation. I approached the tasks assigned to me with enthusiasm and dedication, and soon began to see results. Today, I am the Head of the Sales Department. Despite the increased responsibilities, each day brings new challenges and opportunities to strive toward my goals.
What is the best thing about being a part of Team Thomas and working at Thomas Beton?
A significant part of my success is due to the atmosphere among the team: mutual kindness, trust, and a genuine willingness to cooperate. Every day, I am convinced that we are a group of people who, when needed, can “move mountains”.
