Say hello to Grzegorz Waleryn!
Who are you?
I am Grzegorz Waleryn. I started working at the company in 2006 as a concrete truck driver. Over time, I completed a pump operator course and then a loader operator course for levels I and II. Additionally, I passed exams to obtain qualifications as a plant operator.

Tell us about your work-role
I have been working as a plant operator for the past seven years, and I find my job very fulfilling. I value direct contact with customers and take pride in the quality of the concrete I produce. This job presents many challenges, but the results of my efforts are long-lasting and rewarding. I believe in maintaining harmony, order, and calm in my daily tasks. I take good care of the machinery, whose reliability has supported me many times in crucial moments. Besides daily inspections, I voluntarily dedicate one day a month to thoroughly check every part, lubricate it, and ensure its technical condition. This way, I am confident that nothing unexpected will happen.
How long have you been at Thomas Beton?
I’ve been with Thomas Beton for nineteen years now.
What is the best thing about being a part of Team Thomas and working at Thomas Beton?
I really enjoy my job, even though it is not the easiest. I appreciate my colleagues and customers, even though they can sometimes be demanding. The atmosphere is what makes me gladly get up every morning and go to a job I wouldn’t trade for anything else.
