Who are you?
My name is Lucyna Kołodziej. I started working at Thomas Beton in 2001 as an accounting clerk. After four years I decided to try my hand at sales. During this time, I also completed my engineering studies at the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz.

Tell us about your work-role
For the past ten years, I have been a Concrete Plant Manager, overseeing both the team and production. Each stage of my career has been different, but each has brought valuable experience. In my job, support is extremely important, and I can always count on it from both my executives and my team members.

I’ve been with Thomas Beton for twentyfour years now.

I really enjoy my work, which brings me a lot of satisfaction. The more challenging the tasks, the greater the joy from the successes achieved.
