When did you start working at Thoams Beton Sp. z o.o.?
I started in 1998.
What was your first role and what is your role today?
I started as Chief Accounting Economist, and that is still my role today.

What does a typical workday look like for you?
I lead the accounting team in Poland. We support both production managers and sales teams with various financial matters. Together, we handle everything from day-to-day bookkeeping to analysis and reporting, always with a focus on developing and improving our work together.
Tell us a bit about yourself.
I live in Poland and have a great interest in tennis, board games, law, and psychology.
Tell us about something you’ve been especially proud to be part of during your career at the company.
Being part of building up Thomas Beton in Poland from the beginning to what it is today – a workplace for nearly 200 people. I’m very proud of that.
Share a strong memory from your years at the company.
I clearly remember when Martin Thomas visited our plant in Gdańsk. He personally thanked us for our work – it was a very special moment.
How has the company changed since you started?
We’ve seen major changes in how the company operates, especially in how different departments collaborate. The digital development has also given us better tools for analysis and planning.
